SafeBaby® Systems offers comprehensive support and service to all our clientsNICU staff can rest easy knowing that SafeBaby® Support is only a phone call away.  Each system license includes a service and maintenance contract for hardware and software updates and repair, as well as system use guidance.  Our 24/7 hotline offers a direct connection to a certified SafeBaby® technician.  All service staff are trained to provide expert repair service and will walk you through most system fixes should your equipment experience a malfunction.  Additionally, we now offer a secure training and resources portal for our current clients.  Access countless videos, whitepapers, and step-by-step instructions for system operations and protocol online at any time.  Finally, you can use our change request form to request software enhancement and new system features.  Whenever you need us, SafeBaby® is there.
